Why Transfering Your Consciousness is unrealistic.

I was browsing the internet when i discovered an article by
Iflscience claiming human consciousness might be transferable.

Apparently it looks cool so i began to scan the net if this could
be another landmark achievement for the human race but unfortunately
i discovered its just another over-the-top-over-ambitious visions
of Tech-Monks who disappointingly  didn't give enough time to research.
